The time has come to make some funny action on a dogfrisbee competition again. As an ideal opportunity,
Jindra Pecháček Memorial 2012 in Dobříš has been chosen. Accompanied with CACIT, event has offered friendly atmosphere, perfect artificial grass field and a possibility to watch other dog sports meanwhile.
Our first-run trial in
dogdartbee was kind of surprising.
Rufus helped to adjust foresight ("only" 40 points) which helped
Barnabáš to catch 210 points and get into semifinals. Performance there was not as decisive as the first one, thrower's lack of concentration enabled only 100 points. Result, divided 7-8th makes us happy, especially because of it being our first dogdartbee and second official competition in overall.
- Barnabáš: 210 + 100 points, overally 7-8th out of 41
- Rufus: 40 points, 34th out of 41
Minidistance was no big surprise for us and it still shows necessity of throwing technique improvement and further research =) on how to land more smoothly and play the whole thing better. Funny fact was both Barnabáš and Rufus getting exactly the same result in the first round, i.e. 11.5 points, moving them dangerously close to each other in the second round =).

- Barnabáš: 11.5 + 11 = 22.5 points, 28th place out of 41
- Rufus: 11.5 + 9.5 = 21 points, 31-32nd place
